📋 Description

• Build and ship full stack applications in React and Next.js deployed on Vercel • Develop applications backed by Snowflake and supporting data infrastructure • Architect customer-facing dashboards • Write complex SQL across CX and marketing data streams • Build ETL pipelines that land clean data in Snowflake • Build reverse ETL flows that push modeled data into operational systems • Integrate LLM capabilities into product surfaces so non-technical teammates can query data conversationally • Build dashboards directly in Omni and web experiences that embed or extend them • Own features end to end, from piping raw event data into the warehouse to shipping polished, AI-driven user-facing products

🎯 Requirements

• Strong full stack experience with React, Next.js, and SQL • Comfort deploying and operating on Vercel • Hands-on experience with Snowflake or a comparable cloud warehouse, including schema design, performance tuning, and writing non-trivial analytical SQL • Experience building ETL pipelines to ingest data from SaaS sources, event streams, and APIs into a warehouse • Experience with reverse ETL patterns to sync warehouse data back out to marketing, CX, or operational tools • Ability to design and build dashboards and data visualizations, ideally in Omni or tools like Looker, Hex, or Mode • Track record of shipping production web applications, not just prototypes • Experience integrating LLMs or agentic AI into production apps is a nice to have • Prior work on AI-powered internal tools, conversational analytics, or natural language to SQL interfaces is a nice to have • Familiarity with dbt and Fivetran is a nice to have • Experience with CX platforms such as Kustomer, Five9, and Salesforce is a nice to have • Experience with marketing platforms such as Klaviyo is a nice to have
