📋 Description

• Own end-to-end product design for the Agent Harness, including research, flows, interaction design, and visual design • Design tools for configuring, steering, and evaluating AI agents • Maintain the shared design library, including components, patterns, and guidelines • Define ambiguous product problems and provide concrete direction for teams • Review and elevate AI-generated and engineer-built UI • Build rapid working prototypes with AI-assisted tooling • Use prototypes to test ideas with users and align teams before production coding • Shape design critique rituals, review norms, and craft standards • Report to the Head of Product

🎯 Requirements

• Strong generalist portfolio spanning complex workflow tools, systems thinking, and polished visual craft, ideally including AI product surfaces • Fluency with AI-assisted prototyping and design tooling in daily workflow • Experience designing for AI-native products with probabilistic system behavior, trust, steering, legibility, and control considerations • Comfort owning design quality for surfaces not personally built • Ability to provide crisp, actionable feedback and encode standards into reusable systems • Demonstrated senior individual-contributor judgment • Ability to scope work independently and operate with minimal oversight
