📋 Description

• Lead the design, evolution, and governance of global compensation programs, including salary structures, job architecture, and pay-for-performance frameworks • Advise HRBPs and business leaders on offers, promotions, reorganizations, retention actions, and compensation strategy • Translate market data and internal analytics into recommendations balancing competitiveness, internal equity, and fiscal responsibility • Drive market pricing strategy, benchmarking methodology, and advanced modeling • Conduct pay equity, compression, cost modeling, and scenario-planning analyses • Lead pay equity reviews and develop remediation strategies with Legal and HR • Oversee annual merit, bonus, and equity compensation cycles • Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state regulations and maintain governance, documentation, and audit readiness • Support executive compensation processes and Compensation Committee materials • Support equity and long-term incentive program administration with Legal, Finance, and external vendors • Partner with regional HR teams on compensation practices in the U.S., Canada, and India • Enhance compensation tools, workflows, data integrity, dashboards, analytics, and reporting with HRIS • Lead process improvements and identify opportunities for AI and automation • Develop communication materials and training for compensation programs • Present insights, modeling, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership • Provide mentorship or guidance to analysts or HR partners as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field • 6–8+ years of progressive compensation experience, including program design, market pricing, and annual cycle management • Strong analytical and modeling skills with advanced Excel capabilities • Experience supporting incentive programs and exposure to equity/LTI processes • Strong understanding of U.S. compensation regulations, including FLSA, pay transparency, and compensation governance • Experience with compensation practices in Canada and/or India • Ability to operate independently, manage complex initiatives, and influence senior stakeholders • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-experts • Experience supporting industrial, distribution, or manufacturing populations • CCP or equivalent WorldatWork certification (preferred) • Experience in a publicly traded company (preferred) • Experience supporting Compensation Committee materials or executive compensation processes (preferred)
