📋 Description

• Own, update, and refine cost-to-serve models to ensure pricing accuracy and unit-economic margin protection. • Support cross-functional teams on deal desk inquiries, retention strategies, capacity insights, and other initiatives. • Manage monthly and quarterly close activities and regular cadence deliverables. • Provide support to scale Gia and Contractor lines of business. • Deliver high-quality analytical support as needed. • Protect gross margins, accelerate sales cycles, and deliver analytical support across the organization. • Partner with leadership across the organization in a high-impact, highly visible role.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required. • 5+ years of relevant experience (FP&A, Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, or similar). • Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L mechanics, and forecasting processes. • Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience working with large datasets. • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders. • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to connect drivers to outcomes. • Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Background checks are required, which may include criminal record checks. • Experience with SQL, PowerPivot, PowerQuery or other data querying tools preferred. • Relevant financial experience, particularly in cost-to-serve, revenue, and activations preferred. • Strong cross-functional experience across multiple stakeholders and leadership levels preferred. • Advanced Excel skills with experience using PowerPivot, PowerQuery, and shortcuts preferred.
