📋 Description

• Serve as executive product leader responsible for commercial growth, portfolio strategy, market expansion, and product scale of G-P’s flagship EOR business • Report directly to the Chief Product Officer • Lead a multi-pillar product organization, including senior functional leaders in Core EOR Product and Integrations & Partner Development • Translate corporate strategy into an EOR growth and portfolio thesis across core EOR, enterprise capabilities, AI, integrations, partnerships, and new distribution models • Develop customer, buyer, competitive, and market insights into product strategies for acquisition, expansion, retention, and adoption • Establish product outcomes across revenue growth, customer expansion, retention, adoption, activation, time-to-value, and gross margin • Define executive strategy for AI and agentic capabilities across the platform portfolio • Partner with executive leaders across Revenue, Partnerships, Global Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Engineering • Scale and empower a multi-tiered product organization managing Senior Directors and Directors • Improve unit economics and gross margins through automation, self-service, operational efficiency, and high-margin growth models • Act as senior product executive with enterprise customers, prospects, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, FinTech, Global Mobility, or Global Payroll platforms • Multiple years in executive leadership at VP level managing multi-pillar product organizations • Proven experience identifying and executing product-led growth opportunities driving revenue, expansion, and retention • Strong understanding of SaaS unit economics, margin expansion levers, partner monetization structures, and product portfolio impact on financial performance • Demonstrated success managing and scaling senior product leaders across distinct functional product domains • Ability to translate customer, buyer, and competitive insights into product strategies driving market share, adoption, expansion, and retention • Strategic vision for leveraging AI, agentic systems, and automation for enterprise transformation, margin expansion, and platform leverage • Exceptional executive presence and track record of driving strategic consensus across Sales, Revenue, Partnerships, Operations, Legal, and Engineering • High-level strategic understanding of complex, highly regulated multi-jurisdictional SaaS platforms, global HR tech, or compliance-driven enterprise software • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related technical field; MBA or equivalent executive experience strongly preferred • Background checks are required, potentially including criminal record checks
