📋 Description

• Drive new business growth through field outreach, digital engagement and local networking • Own the full sales cycle and deliver consistent results in the territory • Build trusted relationships with business owners • Deliver value-driven presentations showing how Genius® improves operations, increases loyalty and fuels growth • Shape territory strategy using market insights • Introduce innovative solutions that help businesses operate smarter and grow faster • Identify opportunities to expand solutions and deepen client relationships • Spend up to 75% of time in the field creating face-to-face connections

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of success in B2B or business-to-consumer (B2C) outside sales, with a track record of delivering results • Strong ability to communicate, present and negotiate, both in person and virtually • Ability to build relationships quickly and earn trust with business owners • Competitive, self-driven mindset with the energy to achieve and exceed goals • Ability to connect solutions to real business outcomes • Valid driver’s license • Comfort spending up to 75% of your time in the field • Residence within two hours of the territory • Experience working with restaurant or retail industries is a plus • Two full years of B2B Outside Sales experience, preferably in fintech, merchant services or SaaS
