• Assist attorneys in preparing civil litigation matters for trial • Work with clients to receive discovery documents • Review discovery materials • Draft motions, discovery responses, and other documents • Draft and send out subpoenas • Set up independent medical examinations • Review medical records and summarize important information • Prepare for trial
• 2+ years of experience in civil litigation • Experience in insurance defense preferred but not required • Paralegal certificate or other related degree is a plus but not required • Strong organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
