📋 Description

• Complete internal estimates, appraisals, and valuations on REPO Plus claim files • Prepare desk estimates of damaged vehicles and total loss valuations • Review and audit externally supplied material and outside insurance carrier estimates/appraisals • Meet production and quality assurance goals set by REPO Plus management • Serve as a physical damage subject matter expert for REPO Plus Adjusters and Analysts • Answer questions regarding estimate reviews, total loss valuation audits, and written responses to outside insurance carrier appraisers • Participate in testing workflows, processes, system integrations, and applications within the REPO Plus department • Provide initial physical damage training for incoming REPO Plus Processors, Adjusters, and Analysts • Provide evergreen training on physical damage, state regulations, and industry standards

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • 8–10 years of work-related experience • Required to maintain all applicable licensing, if required, and continuing education/training necessary to complete the work in all 50 states • State licensing may be required • Training specific to changes within the automobile physical damage field, including ICAR, etc.
