📋 Description

• Drive commercial growth for a leading global hospitality company by engaging targeted travel bookers and travel agency partners • Manage and grow relationships with leisure, corporate transient, unmanaged, and government travel agencies in the designated region • Build partnerships with agency leaders and partner Business Development Managers through joint sales calls, training sessions, webinars, and regional events • Engage travel advisors through virtual and in-person sales calls, webinars, agency visits, and advisor engagement events • Deliver sales presentations promoting the company’s full hotel brand portfolio and segment-specific offerings • Analyze account metrics, room night performance, market indicators, and production data to prioritize agencies and maximize ROI • Develop tailored, data-driven sales strategies and customize content for agency interactions • Conduct performance reviews with agency contacts to identify shifts and new opportunities • Manage call frequency and agency engagement plans using call files and performance tracking • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and revenue teams on events, activations, and partner initiatives • Maintain sales activity documentation and track performance in Salesforce and reporting tools • Keep the Outlook calendar updated with travel, appointments, and agency engagement schedules • Submit expense reports and supporting documentation • Represent the company professionally, secure company assets, and maintain a clean vehicle for joint customer visits

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of related experience in the hospitality or travel industry, especially sales, account management, or marketing • Experience working with host agencies preferred • Event planning experience advantageous • Professional appearance and strong business presence • Professional-level spoken and written English • Excellent communication, selling, presentation, and influencing skills • Ability to build and maintain business relationships through face-to-face meetings, email, video conferencing, and phone • Effective analytical skills and ability to interpret data and apply insights • Strong administrative and organizational abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, WebEx, and Zoom • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform • Flexibility to support occasional additional hours or ad hoc responsibilities • Ability to travel 30-50% within the designated region, with occasional international travel • Must hold a valid driver's license and travel independently throughout the territory • Must be based in the Orlando, Miami, or Fort Lauderdale area with convenient access to a major airport
