• Answer phones and respond to members • Perform computer data entry of ride and billing information for completed rides • Maintain records and reports within areas of responsibility • Process incoming and outgoing mail • Prepare denial letters to CCO • Prepare and maintain records for quality control • Field incoming phone calls • Interview eligible clients to obtain sufficient information to take ride requests • Provide timely ride assignments to providers • Assess eligibility according to program regulations • Document rides that providers are unable to provide and assist with alternative service delivery arrangements • Take messages and route calls to other programs
• Minimum one year of experience working in a call center or medical office setting • Superior customer service skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and Google Suites • Strong and reliable internet connection • Ability to multitask in response to time-sensitive and changing situations • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information • Positive attitude and ability to approach problems positively • High School Diploma or equivalent • Bilingual Spanish preferred
