📋 Description

• Own the technical architecture of the platform and guide key build decisions • Lead and orchestrate the existing development team through sprint cycles • Drive hands-on full-stack development alongside the team • Implement and oversee wallet integrations, transaction safety, and security best practices on Solana • Ensure game logic and mechanics (poker, slots, fantasy sports) are built to industry standards • Participate in the application review, screening, client profile review, interview, hiring, and onboarding process

🎯 Requirements

• English-proficient • At least 2 years of experience as a Lead Developer or Software Architect on production platforms, preferably in gaming or blockchain payment projects • Minimum 2 years of full-stack development experience • Hands-on Solana experience (must-have) • Gaming industry experience, preferably in casino games, poker, or slots • Blockchain experience, ideally in security, payments, or transactions • Experience leading development projects, preferably in gaming or blockchain payment systems • Excellent English communication skills • Available immediately for part-time, project-based work with long-term potential • Blockchain gaming experience is a plus but not required • Rust and/or Anchor framework experience is a plus • TypeScript/JavaScript with React or Next.js experience is a plus • Experience with provably fair game mechanics / RNG systems is a plus
