📋 Description

• Own the technical architecture of the platform and guide key build decisions • Lead and orchestrate the existing development team through sprint cycles • Drive hands-on full-stack development alongside the team • Implement and oversee wallet integrations, transaction safety, and security best practices on Solana • Ensure game logic and mechanics for poker, slots, and fantasy sports are built to industry standards

🎯 Requirements

• English proficiency • At least 2 years of experience as a lead developer or architect on production platforms • At least 2 years of full-stack development experience • Solana experience (must-have) • Gaming experience; casino gaming, poker, or slots strongly preferred • Solid understanding of poker, slots, or fantasy sports game mechanics • Working knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, including wallets, on-chain transactions, and security • Excellent English communication skills • Immediate part-time availability • Rust and/or Anchor framework experience is a plus • TypeScript/JavaScript with React or Next.js is a plus • Experience with provably fair game mechanics/RNG systems is a plus
