📋 Description

• Call new practices that have not booked training and get as many practices scheduled as possible • Follow up on missed sessions and rebook them quickly • Deliver virtual training by video and phone • Teach practice teams how to offer financing, submit applications, and fund patients • Prepare for each session based on the practice type and team needs • Set clear expectations with new practices about account setup and pricing timelines • Keep accurate records of every call, booking, and training in the CRM • Report barriers that prevent practices from booking or attending and help improve the onboarding process • Help build the workflow and set the standard for the new onboarding team

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role, such as onboarding, training, customer success, or inside sales • Confidence on the phone, including calls to people who have not answered yet • A talent for clear, friendly virtual training • Strong organization: you manage a daily call list and back-to-back training sessions • Comfort with CRM and scheduling tools • Clear verbal and written communication • Ability to pay close attention to detail and be self-motivated • Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Preferred: Experience in or selling to dental, aesthetics, or veterinary practices • Preferred: Experience with patient financing or merchant onboarding • Preferred: HubSpot experience
