📋 Description

• Support hiring managers in identifying candidates for BMET and related positions • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, evaluation, and offers • Proactively source BMET candidates using job boards, social media, internal databases, and networking strategies • Develop and maintain a pipeline of entry- to senior-level BMET professionals • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical and soft skills • Drive referrals from current employees and external networks • Promote the company brand through social media and partnerships with technical schools, electronics/mechanical programs, STEM programs, and associations • Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System • Communicate with past applicants about new job opportunities • Create and implement unique sourcing techniques • Provide a positive candidate experience regardless of outcome • Develop search strategies and build target lists of top talent • Perform other applicable duties

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to perform technical interviews at a fundamental level • Ability to learn and execute sourcing techniques, including recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) • Effective and professional verbal and written communication • Effective time-management abilities • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Detail orientation and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Commitment to developing relationships with applicants to create a candidate pipeline • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and social media platforms • Ability to embrace change, learn quickly, and thrive in a dynamic corporate environment • Ability to work harmoniously within cross-functional teams • Basic understanding of relevant corporate software, tools, and systems • 4 or more years of experience with or within the BMET community • 4 or more years assisting transitioning military personnel or related experience • Ability to learn and execute recruiting, including sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, negotiation, and hiring candidates • Experience working with cleared professionals • Previous government or government contracting experience preferred • Experience with iCIMS preferred
