📋 Description
• Build pipelines for the hardest technical and non-technical searches • Map the market by identifying teams, labs, and communities that produce strong candidates • Share market insights with the recruiting team and hiring managers • Write specific, researched outreach messages • Conduct initial candidate conversations and refer warm candidates to recruiters • Advise hiring managers when job specifications do not match the market and explain why • Identify new sourcing channels when conventional channels are exhausted • Source across engineering, research, product, and partnerships alongside recruiters and hiring managers
🎯 Requirements
• Experience finding great people in competitive markets; engineering or research sourcing is a big plus • Ability to find candidates beyond LinkedIn • Strong writing ability • Ability to work independently without a playbook and move quickly
