📋 Description

• Serve as a key HR team member supporting company goals and objectives • Serve as the primary contact for routine employee and manager HR inquiries, resolving requests and escalating complex matters • Identify recurring questions, process gaps, and improvement opportunities; recommend or implement solutions • Administer HR programs and procedures and assist with policies and processes • Maintain the company people intranet • Administer employee product purchase and recognition programs • Support employees throughout the lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding • Administer FMLA, leave of absence, accommodation processes, and workers’ compensation claims • Address routine employee relations issues and support basic investigations • Facilitate disciplinary documentation and employee separations • Conduct exit interviews and compile retention trends • Maintain employee data, electronic files, HR records, and I-9 documentation; conduct audits • Compile routine HR reports and workforce data • Apply employment law and HR best practices to assigned responsibilities • Support employee surveys, reporting, and action planning • Assist with recruitment • Coordinate engagement committees, events, and activities • Coordinate HR onboarding and facilitate New Employee Orientation • Collaborate with HR team members on policy application, organizational trends, and information sharing • Assist Payroll/HRIS, Compensation, and Benefits teams with special projects • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to exercise sound judgment and apply policies and guidelines appropriately • High accuracy and thoroughness in employee information, documentation, HR processes, and deadlines • Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment • High confidentiality and sensitivity regarding employee information • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving, service-oriented environment • Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and demonstrate resourcefulness and proactivity • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize and multitask • Collaborative and helpful attitude • Customer-service orientation • Problem-solving and root-cause analysis abilities • Demonstrated knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements at federal, state, and local levels • Willingness and ability to work extended hours as needed • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant HR experience • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, leave administration, HRIS/data management, and other core HR processes • Experience working with HRIS systems required
