📋 Description

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes • Prepare and maintain employee documentation and HR records • Support day-to-day HR administration • Ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date • Assist employees with HR-related questions and requests • Help organize employee engagement initiatives • Support internal HR projects and process improvements • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams when required • Initially focus significantly on recruitment, with responsibilities gradually expanding across the full employee lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition • Experience with recruitment and HR administration • Understanding of the employee lifecycle • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Experience working with ATS and HR systems • Fluent English (C1+) • Nice to have: experience supporting U.S.-based employees • Nice to have: experience recruiting for operations, engineering, or technical roles • Nice to have: experience in technology, fintech, crypto, or high-growth companies • Nice to have: familiarity with U.S. employment practices • Nice to have: experience with Workable or similar ATS platforms • Nice to have: experience using AI tools to improve HR processes
