📋 Description

• Deploy, manage, and maintain IT infrastructure and cybersecurity tooling • Identify automation opportunities using an AI-first mindset and modern tooling • Engineer, deploy, and optimize enterprise infrastructure across on-premises systems, networking, AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365 • Develop and maintain infrastructure automation using IaC technologies such as Terraform • Design and implement scalable, resilient infrastructure focused on availability, performance, security, and automation • Architect and maintain Intune endpoint management, including provisioning, configuration, application deployment, patching, compliance, and lifecycle automation • Expand and operationalize the AI Center of Excellence through automation, machine learning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) initiatives • Evaluate emerging infrastructure and AI technologies and develop proof-of-concept solutions • Improve security architecture and technical controls across endpoints, identity, networks, and SaaS applications aligned with CIS, NIST CSF, or SOC 2 frameworks • Perform security assessments, threat risk analysis, and develop remediation strategies • Facilitate Security Awareness Training • Implement and maintain Zero Trust security controls • Engineer security automation and monitoring for detection, response, compliance, and visibility • Develop security baselines, configuration standards, and control validation processes • Optimize the SaaS ecosystem, including integrations, provisioning, SSO, identity, lifecycle management, and access governance • Automate IT processes, workflows, and self-service capabilities • Coordinate device repairs and maintenance with vendors • Implement SSO and automated identity provisioning using Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC • Engineer HelpDesk and IT service workflows • Provide L1/L2 technical support as needed • Diagnose complex infrastructure and endpoint issues and implement permanent corrective solutions • Support telephony and VoIP platforms, including call routing, endpoint configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting • Support audits, financing activities, transaction diligence, and other business needs; some travel may be required

🎯 Requirements

• Deep proficiency with Identity & Access Management (IAM), including OIDC and OAuth2 authentication protocols • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and newer, and Windows 11 • Extensive administration experience with Entra AD, Intune, Exchange, Defender, GPOs, DNS, DHCP and Purview • Understanding of telephony and VoIP systems, including Sangoma and RingCentral • Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM framework • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills • Ability to work additional hours as needed • Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field • 8+ years of IT experience, preferably supporting remote environments, or 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree • 5+ years of AWS experience • 3+ years of scripting experience • Foundational AI knowledge • ITIL Change and Incident Management
