📋 Description

• Join an early high-growth team solving technical and customer problems • Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy • Own technical customer engagement and help close high-velocity opportunities • Deliver product and technical presentations to prospective and existing customers • Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide product and competitive feedback • Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems • Enhance documentation and create blog posts, videos, knowledge base articles, and enablement materials • Serve as an in-house, customer-facing product expert for Grafana Cloud, a managed observability platform • Educate customers through demos, hands-on enablement, presentations, technical evaluations, and ongoing interaction

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally located on the West Coast • 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space • Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership • Ability to work and collaborate with an international team • First-class written and oral communication skills • Ability to articulate the company value proposition and technical product advantages • Ability to solve technical challenges and develop creative customer solutions • Technical mindset and desire to grow technically • Recent coding bootcamp graduation or previous post-sales or engineering experience may be applicable • Self-motivated, proactive, and creative
