📋 Description

• Join an early-stage, high-growth Solutions Engineering team • Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy • Own technical customer engagements and help close high-velocity opportunities • Deliver product and technical presentations to prospective and existing customers • Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide product and competitive feedback • Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems • Enhance documentation and create blog posts, videos, knowledge base articles, and enablement materials • Educate customers through demos, hands-on enablement, presentations, technical evaluations, and ongoing interaction • Serve as a communication route from customers to Product Management and Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally located on the East Coast • 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience • Ideally experience with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space • Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership • Ability to work and collaborate with an international team • First-class written and oral communication skills • Ability to articulate the company value proposition and technical product advantages • Ability to solve technical challenges and create solutions for customers • Technical mindset and desire to grow technically • Coding bootcamp, post-sales, or engineering experience is welcomed • Self-motivated, proactive, and creative
