• Execute enterprise communication strategies and plans • Own recurring internal communications, including monthly newsletters, quarterly All Hands communications, leadership messages, organizational announcements, and employee campaigns • Develop communication deliverables for strategic priorities, transformation efforts, technology implementations, and organizational changes • Execute communications for selected external audiences, including payers, government and advocacy stakeholders, prospective talent, industry audiences, and business partners • Draft, edit, produce, and coordinate emails, presentations, talking points, FAQs, toolkits, videos, digital content, job aids, executive materials, and external briefs • Create resources enabling leaders and supervisors to cascade enterprise messages • Evaluate and execute communication approaches beyond email, including video, digital platforms, live forums, visual storytelling, mobile-friendly content, and leader-led communication • Leverage approved artificial intelligence, automation, and communication technologies • Collaborate with leaders, subject-matter experts, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, project teams, and other stakeholders • Manage communication calendars, timelines, reviews, approvals, production, distribution, and competing priorities • Use engagement data and feedback to measure effectiveness and improve communications • Build strategic communications capability through coaching, senior-leader exposure, cross-functional work, and stretch assignments
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or another relevant field • At least 5 years of progressive experience in internal, corporate, employee, change, or enterprise communications • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills • Strong execution and project-management skills • Experience developing communications across multiple channels and formats • Experience supporting organizational change, transformation, technology implementations, or other complex business initiatives preferred • Experience developing communications for external stakeholder audiences preferred • Ability to translate complex business information into understandable, engaging, and actionable communications • Curiosity and willingness to leverage emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and automation • Strong interpersonal skills and judgment • Interest in continued development toward broader strategic communications leadership responsibilities • Experience within the healthcare industry preferred • Must have and maintain in good standing a professional license, certificate, or registration, as applicable • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen
