📋 Description

• Manage influencer portfolios and help creators grow their platform presence while securing brand deals • Scout and sign new creators, focusing on emerging and established influencers • Build and nurture partnerships with brands and agencies to book talent for campaigns • Negotiate deals with brands and record labels • Develop content strategies for creator clients • Collaborate with internal teams on overall strategy and expansion of Grail’s talent roster • Manage creators’ careers, audience growth, and content monetization • Work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced remote environment

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the US / one of the best managers US has to offer • Familiarity with large social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work autonomously and drive your own agenda • Ready to hustle to get the job done • Bonus: Experience with talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies • Submit a resume and cover letter detailing experience and qualifications
