📋 Description

• Travel across the country to customer locations and help organize and optimize maintenance shops • Serve as the face of Imperial Supplies at customer locations • Partner with the Sales team to create organized, efficient maintenance shops • Install and organize inventory systems, shelving, and steel bin setups • Identify, label, stock, and optimize maintenance products to improve workflow • Train customers on ordering technology, including scanners, mobile apps, and web tools • Build strong customer relationships while traveling Monday through Friday • Help customers build smarter, safer, and more efficient maintenance operations

🎯 Requirements

• Previous Field Service experience is not required; training will be provided • Comfortable with frequent overnight travel, up to 90% during scheduled work weeks • Mechanically inclined and enjoys hands-on work • Customer-focused with strong communication skills • Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently • Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in active shop environments • Valid driver's license required • High school diploma or equivalent required • Willing and able to travel Monday through Friday to customer locations throughout the United States
