📋 Description

• Partner with senior leadership to frame ambiguous business problems and shape analytical approaches • Deliver actionable, decision-ready analytics solutions • Resolve conflicting metric definitions and establish shared business semantics • Design and own semantic models and reporting frameworks for multiple departments • Integrate information from CRM, ERP, marketing platforms, and ad hoc files • Architect and maintain enterprise-level dashboards • Document analyses and metric logic for long-term maintainability • Set standards for building and reusing analytics work • Mentor analysts and enable self-service users to build sound data products

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, analytics engineering, or data-focused roles, with accountability for analytics deliverables from framing through delivery • Advanced hands-on fluency with a cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or similar • Complex query work and performance tuning on a cloud platform; Azure preferred and AWS relevant • Python for manipulating, analyzing, and visualizing data • Experience designing and maintaining semantic models or metric layers serving multiple audiences • Knowledge of dimensional modeling concepts such as star schemas and slowly changing dimensions • Experience applying version control, code review, modularity, and documentation to analytics work • Experience reconciling CRM, ERP, and marketing platforms • Experience building data validation checks • Ability to turn vague senior-stakeholder requests into scoped projects and communicate results effectively • Experience mentoring others or setting standards • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, or a related quantitative discipline • A cover letter and resume are required • New employees must successfully complete a background check • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship requirements addressed in application
