📋 Description

• Manage client relationships and provide technical support to maintain excellence and drive new product development • Support end-to-end implementations, ensuring data quality, adoption, and customer-specific customizations • Coordinate account teams and engineering resources to drive customer success • Execute customer needs using technical skillsets in a timely manner • Develop a holistic understanding of the technology from data aggregation through product delivery • Develop and scale technology from data pipelining to innovation, ensuring data accuracy based on client feedback • Develop product lines such as local pricing, ecommerce intelligence, and supply chain analysis to drive client ROI • Leverage data visualization and UI/UX knowledge to increase customer adoption and ease of use • Collaborate with data science, engineering, and sales teams • Inspire customers to derive value from data products • Document coding efforts rigorously, train incoming employees, and contribute to platform engineering efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Analytics and/or financial reporting knowledge • Deep knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, including storytelling with data • Outstanding expertise and hands-on experience in SQL or Python • Experience with project management tools such as Jira • Data visualization knowledge using Tableau, Excel, Power BI, or Retool • Understanding of time-series statistical methods for outlier detection, including Prophet, ARIMA, and Tukey's Fences • Experience building end-to-end data products • Experience driving actionable insights from alternative data sources • Retail/e-commerce, market research, startup, or analytical experience • Experience working with retail or consumer data • Experience scaling BI infrastructure to 10TB+ data ingestion • Hacker mentality • Preferred but not required: experience building, deploying, and maintaining dimensional data models using dbt • Preferred but not required: familiarity with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake, Google BigQuery, or ClickHouse
