• Conduct outbound prospecting calls to potential customers. • Maintain an average of at least seven outbound calls per hour. • Generate a minimum of five attended software demonstrations per week. • Follow established outreach, qualification, and lead management processes. • Send timely follow-up communications to prospects. • Increase demo attendance rates through effective prospect engagement and nurturing. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system. • Participate in weekly team meetings, training sessions, and coaching opportunities. • Provide feedback and ideas to improve sales processes and customer engagement strategies. • Adapt to changing priorities and contribute positively within a fast-paced startup environment. • Other duties as assigned.
• Must reside in Florida. • Previous outbound cold-calling experience is required. • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Comfortable spending the majority of the workday making outbound calls. • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and professional demeanor. • Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.
