• Own quality and fidelity standards for all GPS training and facilitation • Ensure the GPS Group Peer Support model is taught and facilitated consistently across programs, populations, trainers, and facilitators • Observe and assess trainings and facilitation; identify concerns and ensure coaching, remediation, and follow-up • Develop systems for ongoing quality assurance and continuous improvement • Ensure adherence to GPS safety protocols, professional boundaries, and escalation procedures • Provide leadership and consultation during challenging or concerning situations • Coach trainers and facilitators through difficult group dynamics and participant concerns • Serve as senior/master trainer for GPS Facilitator Training and other professional learning programs • Train and develop new GPS trainers and master trainers • Determine trainer readiness and support progression toward independent delivery • Lead train-the-trainer activities and actively lead GPS Facilitator Trainings • Provide real-time leadership and make decisions regarding delivery, facilitator roles, participant needs, and model fidelity • Provide supervision, coaching, and ongoing professional development to GPS trainers and facilitators • Lead or oversee pre-session planning and post-session debrief meetings • Serve as primary contact for trainer and facilitator questions, concerns, and real-time decisions • Hold trainers and facilitators accountable to GPS protocols, expectations, and fidelity standards • Address performance concerns with timely feedback, coaching, and follow-up • Maintain oversight of GPS curricula, facilitator materials, trainer guides, presentations, session outlines, manuals, and related resources • Review and develop implementation materials for consistent program delivery • Monitor curriculum and material use to ensure model fidelity • Collaborate with the Curriculum Director, program leadership, and subject-matter experts on revisions and approved changes • Ensure current materials, version control, communication, and consistent implementation • Build trainer and facilitator capacity for national growth • Develop scalable systems for onboarding, evaluating, coaching, and supporting trainers and facilitators • Support adaptation of GPS programming for new populations and settings while protecting core fidelity • Develop and maintain SOPs related to training quality, trainer development, facilitation, and fidelity • Establish observation, feedback, coaching, and performance-improvement processes • Track recurring issues and recommend improvements • Partner with program leadership to use participant feedback and evaluation findings for continuous improvement
• Exceptional trainer, facilitator, and leader • Ability to train diverse communities and professional audiences while adapting without losing GPS model fidelity • Cultural humility and ability to build trust across different backgrounds, identities, lived experiences, and professional roles • Significant experience delivering and/or overseeing training, facilitation, adult learning, professional development, or related programs • Exceptional training and facilitation skills • Experience directly supervising or managing trainers, facilitators, instructors, or similar teams • Ability to make sound real-time decisions in training, facilitation, or program-delivery environments • Strong understanding of adult learning and experiential education • Experience establishing and monitoring quality or fidelity standards • Strong leadership, communication, and feedback skills • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to organize and maintain complex curricula and training materials • Ability to balance fidelity to a model with thoughtful adaptation and continuous improvement • Strong project management and organizational skills • Experience with GPS Group Peer Support or similar peer-support models preferred • Experience with trauma-informed approaches preferred • Experience with train-the-trainer programs preferred • Experience with trainer certification or competency assessment preferred • Experience with continuing education or professional development preferred • Experience with healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit, or community-based programs preferred • Experience with learning management systems and online learning preferred • Experience scaling training programs across multiple organizations, communities, or geographic regions preferred • Advanced degree in mental health, behavioral health, social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field preferred • Bilingual or multilingual skills in Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, Vietnamese, or Russian preferred • GPS Facilitator Certification or GPS Trainer experience strongly preferred • Candidates without prior GPS training must be willing to complete intensive GPS Training and demonstrate mastery of the model
