• Enhance and improve interactions with key external US Oncology thought leaders at academic centers and leading community practices for the Oncology Solid Tumor portfolio, particularly NSCLC • Work with cross-functional leaders from Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Key Accounts Management, Market Access, and Oncology/Hematology leadership • Engage in strategic discussions to gather insights and share clinical information with assigned thought leaders • Conduct substantive business discussions related to on-label product information, disease state, and corporate overviews • Coordinate thought leader engagements for senior executives at conferences and during day-to-day business • Develop and maintain a list of key thought leaders in the assigned geography • Build and maintain relationships with established and emerging thought leaders • Support speaker bureau buildout, including speaker identification, training logistics, and presentation feedback • Share thought leader insights with Marketing and other functional groups to inform brand strategy and marketing opportunities • Translate national strategies into regional execution and coordinate with multiple internal teams • Support regional and national advisory board planning and coordinate selected thought leader participation • Ensure interactions and activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and compliance guidelines • Travel 60–80% in the field
• Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum of 10 years of work experience in a Thought Leader Liaison role, field sales, inline or regional brand marketing, or relevant medical/clinical experience • Experience in hematology/oncology markets strongly preferred • Experience in lung cancer disease state preferred but not mandatory • Expertise in marketing strategies within the pharmaceutical industry • Launch experience ideally • Master’s degree or other advanced education/certification is a plus
