📋 Description

• Maintain and enhance back-office integrations connecting NetSuite, HighJump, the data warehouse, and adjacent systems • Rebuild individual integration flows onto better infrastructure when appropriate • Simplify and consolidate the integration landscape • Build Grove Brain/MCP layer into a durable platform for other teams • Design and implement connectors and tools allowing agents to act on Grove systems • Help define and build agent authentication, access control, and auditing • Enable teams with integration and agent-related technical support • Decide whether systems issues should be solved technically or addressed as business process issues • Use AI tooling for accelerated development while maintaining quality • Own performance, stability, and maintainability of shipped code • Participate in a take-home project and working review session

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building and operating production system integrations involving platforms such as NetSuite, HighJump, or similar ERP/WMS systems • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including pipeline design and debugging • Hands-on experience with AI tools; experience with agent frameworks or MCP ideally • Experience with Airflow, Airbyte, or similar data-pipeline infrastructure • Ability to operate with rough direction instead of a finished specification • Builder’s mindset and ability to implement solutions hands-on • Security awareness regarding agent access and permissions • Experience becoming productive quickly in unfamiliar frameworks, languages, or platforms • Ability to turn vague ideas into concrete deliverables and ship them • Ability to give and receive direct feedback constructively • Ability to document technical concepts clearly for non-technical audiences • Genuine enthusiasm for Grove’s mission and sustainability values • Candidates must be based in California, Maine, Pennsylvania, Nevada, North Carolina, Texas, Colorado, Washington, Illinois, New York, Missouri, or Massachusetts • Take-home project and working review covering system design, coding, product thinking, and AI usage
