📋 Description

• Manage a team of 8+ Provider Growth Associates (PGAs) • Run weekly metrics-driven 1:1s • Provide hands-on coaching and training to develop skills and close performance gaps • Maintain a high performance bar and identify improvement opportunities within the team and broader department • Support organization-wide communications and communicate change across the team • Lead strategic projects affecting the Recruitment organization, including AI enablement, workflow redesigns, and communication improvements • Build connection and engagement across a fully remote team through rhythms and touch points • Convert interested providers into engaged, active members of Grow’s mental health provider network • Report directly to the Director of Provider Recruitment

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience managing and developing a high-performing recruitment, sales development, or transactional sales team • 5+ overall years in a recruitment, sales, or client-facing function • Data-driven decision-making • Active use of AI to analyze data, orchestrate workflows, and identify coaching opportunities • Ability to work with systems and participate in calls and email drafting • Ability to lead with empathy • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States • Must disclose whether immigration-related employment sponsorship will be required
