📋 Description

• Source, screen, and interview candidates • Complete offer negotiation and acceptance processes • Complete contractor hiring administrative processes • Onboard new contractors • Administer defined external and internal recruitment processes • Develop and manage relationships with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment teammates • Provide recruitment updates and inform management of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment • Execute recruitment strategies, including advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment techniques, and maintenance of recruitment materials • Keep management informed of recruitment progress and recruiting issues • Meet customer satisfaction objectives through full recruitment of assigned accounts • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• H.S. Diploma/GED, Required • 2 years or more of full life-cycle recruiting experience, Required • Strong verbal and written communication skills, Required • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments, Required • Customer service skills, Required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, at an intermediate level, Required • Willingness to travel 0–10% • Some positions may require employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, a road test, and/or customer badging or background requirements
