📋 Description

• Support consultant onboarding by reviewing paperwork, completing Form I-9 verification, and following up on compliance requirements • Guide consultants through the screening process and review screening results for accuracy and completeness • Resolve routine, non-adverse discrepancies and escalate potential adverse-action results to appropriate internal teams • Manage and respond to items in the shared Service Desk queue, including Consultant Agreement Reviews • Shift between Onboarding and Screening responsibilities based on business needs • Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation • Perform compliance and quality-assurance administrative functions, including document and form preparation • Interact with Onboarding, Screening, Human Resources, and Legal representatives to resolve compliance matters • Communicate with consultants and internal stakeholders via email, Microsoft Teams, and phone • Provide back-up to Onboarding and Screening team members • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required • Customer service experience required • Background screening or onboarding experience preferred • Salesforce experience preferred • Experience with Form I-9 or background and drug screen vendors • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Ability to maintain regular attendance and work the required hours • Working knowledge of compliance requirements
