📋 Description

• Software Engineering: Design and build APIs, services and microservices (Python with Flask/FastAPI) to orchestrate and serve data in a performant, secure and observable manner. • Architecture and Evolution: Have the autonomy to architect solutions and propose improvements for existing and new products, ensuring scalability and flexibility in the cloud (GCP). • Frontend and UX: Evolve the interface of our internal products (React), ensuring the user journey is intuitive and high-performance. • Data Orchestration: Implement and maintain automated workflows using Airflow (Composer) for automation and monitoring of data processes. • Governance and Reuse: Work in a cross-functional manner, promoting component reuse and developing patterns that facilitate engineering teams' activities. • Technical Reference: Serve as a reference for both Back and Front, actively participating in code quality reviews (PRs) and acting as an approver. • People Development: Contribute to the technical and professional growth of team members and other teams, supporting collective development. • Data-Driven Culture and Quality: Ensure data integrity and security, basing all decisions on reliable metrics and development best practices. • Autonomy and Ownership: Act with a sense of ownership, proactively suggesting continuous improvements, adapting quickly to scope changes and delivering real value to our users.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Python: Strong experience in Backend development and frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask or similar. • Frontend with React: Experience building modern interfaces using JavaScript and React. • Systems Architecture: Strong knowledge of Microservices, distributed architectures and creating/consuming APIs (REST/GraphQL). • Data Expertise: Proficiency in SQL and experience designing ingestion/processing architectures for Data Lake / Data Warehouse. • Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP (Google Cloud Platform), and Big Data concepts. • Orchestration: Experience with Airflow (Composer) or related tools. • Agile Mindset: Ability to work autonomously in dynamic environments, focusing on innovation and adaptability. • Technical Leadership: Capacity to provide technical leadership and act as a reference for code quality and best practices.
