📋 Description

• Own requirements, process design, and stakeholder alignment on IGA programs • Translate audit findings, compliance obligations, and business access practices into a governed identity model • Run current-state discovery of access requests, approvals, applications, entitlements, authoritative sources, joiner-mover-leaver processes, and governance gaps • Elicit and document requirements for identity lifecycle automation, access flows, certification, SoD policy, and delegated administration • Facilitate role engineering workshops and validate role mining outputs, role definitions, hierarchies, entitlement descriptions, and risk ratings • Own application onboarding, including intake, connector feasibility, data and attribute mapping, owner identification, and runbooks • Design certification campaigns, including reviewer models, scope, frequency, escalations, revocation, remediation, and fatigue mitigation • Map program controls to audit and compliance drivers and produce auditor evidence artifacts • Author functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements traceability • Own UAT planning, test cases, business tester coordination, defect triage, and sign-off readiness • Build change-management materials, training, communications, and job aids; track adoption • Produce program reporting for client steering committees, including onboarding, campaign completion, account reduction, SoD trends, and access-request cycle time

🎯 Requirements

• CBAP, PMI-PBA or ITIL certification • Vendor functional certification on a primary IGA platform • Hands-on configuration exposure to SailPoint, Saviynt or Okta admin consoles • SQL for entitlement and access-data analysis • Role mining or identity data-quality tooling experience • Reporting and dashboard building in Power BI or Tableau • Regulated-industry program experience in financial services, healthcare or public sector • Prior work on a legacy IGA migration or post-audit remediation program • Preferred: 7–10+ years in business analysis or consulting, including 4+ years on IAM/IGA programs • Preferred: Strong knowledge of IGA concepts, including identity lifecycle, entitlements, RBAC, segregation of duties, access certification, provisioning, orphan and dormant accounts, and privileged account governance • Preferred: BRD/FRD authoring, user stories, acceptance criteria, BPMN or swimlane process mapping, and traceability matrices • Preferred: SOX ITGC access controls, least privilege, segregation of duties, and audit/compliance literacy • Preferred: Functional exposure to SailPoint, Saviynt, or Okta Identity Governance • Preferred: Workshop facilitation and executive-quality written deliverables • Preferred: Agile delivery experience with Jira or Azure Boards and UAT ownership through sign-off • Preferred: Consulting experience with client stakeholders
