📋 Description

• Ensure TD Bank's loan products and processes are customer-oriented, scalable, and cost effective for Commercial and Small Business Banking • Manage and administer systems business functions to ensure continuous and uninterrupted system availability • Coordinate internal and external resources to complete projects and deliver business solutions • Work with Business Line, Risk, and Operational partners on planning, business requirements, and vendor relationship management • Provide subject matter expertise and leadership for systems, processes, and troubleshooting • Work within an Agile pod alongside configuration, testing, product, and technology resources • Design and deliver Encompass solutions, including plugins, workflow rules, Web input forms, and task-based processing • Participate in enterprise solution design, development, and documentation of business application standards • Create solution designs and map business and functional requirements to processes, workflows, and organizational structures • Develop implementation plans for components of the Solutions strategy • Manage large projects, including delegation of tasks and responsibilities • May supervise or manage assigned staff • Coach and train less experienced staff

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 10+ years of related experience • Expert knowledge of business line, business model, and operations • Proven communication skills • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills • Demonstrated follow-up skills and ability to manage competing priorities • Proven ability to handle large projects, including task and responsibility delegation • Progressively responsible experience in large-scale corporate systems analysis • Proven ability to successfully plan, develop, lead, and execute projects • Demonstrated ability to take a lead role in developing staff and department capabilities • Ability to independently translate user requirements into technical specifications • Expert process improvement skills • Expert technical knowledge and ability to apply it to system issues and training situations • Ability to coach and train less experienced staff and facilitate knowledge transfer • Proven ability to troubleshoot, research, and correct the majority of system malfunctions • Proven time management and prioritization skills • Encompass configuration experience preferred • Business analysis experience preferred • Underwriting experience preferred • Deep data reporting experience preferred • Software engineering experience preferred • Website design experience preferred • Must be located within TD footprint: CT, DE, FL, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, SC, VT, VA, DC
