📋 Description

• Enhance platform capabilities and module functionality within the existing ServiceNow instance for the FAA using agile development in a customer-facing role • Collaborate with FAA and SAIC stakeholders to document requirements, set priorities, and communicate timelines and schedules • Assist in implementing new ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities aligned with enterprise strategic priorities • Mature and enhance functionality across previously implemented ServiceNow modules to improve workflow automation, data quality, operational transparency, and user experience • Foster interoperability through integrations with FAA systems and data repositories • Apply Agile Software Development Life Cycle methodologies to manage ServiceNow enhancements and implementations • Align configurations and architectural decisions with FAA digital governance and enterprise architecture frameworks • Promote FAA business process reengineering and standardization to improve service delivery efficiency, reduce technical debt, and drive innovation • Provide documentation, process guides, governance artifacts, knowledge transition artifacts, and training materials for enterprise-scale operations and adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology + 3 years of relevant experience; Associates in Information Technology + 10 years of relevant experience; High School + 11 years of relevant experience • MCSA Certification • Experience with ServiceNow implementations • Experience working on IT projects utilizing the PMI framework • Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder who has resided in the U.S. for at least 3 years with the ability to obtain a public trust • ServiceNow certifications (desired) • Scrum Master/Agile experience (desired) • Experience supporting FedRamp authorized software (desired)
