📋 Description

• Conduct face-to-face and virtual enrollments for consumers receiving financial management services • Conduct the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support, including families and guardians • Complete enrollment processes in a timely manner • Ensure enrollment documents are complete and accurate • Recommend improvements to internal processes and systems • Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance • Perform external outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders • Support enrollment growth and enhance service accessibility • Educate consumers and facilitate understanding of self-direction • Advocate for and promote self-direction

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a related field • Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred • Candidates with experience relevant to the position will be considered • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, including word processing, managing files and records, and terminology • Knowledge of confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
