📋 Description

• Provide executive advisory services to approximately 20 CHRO members across industries and business models • Collaborate with Gartner team members, Team Client Managers, and Account Executives • Participate in all phases of the member lifecycle: pre-sale, onboarding, relationship management, delivery, review, and renewal • Drive member retention and contribute to regional growth through support of Gartner Sales • Support prospect cultivation, account plan development, and value demonstration activities • Host or participate in member activities, including strategy workshops, roundtables, and webinars • Assess member needs and develop customized value plans aligned with Executive Program strategy and product deliverables • Define and deliver innovative solutions • Facilitate member interaction and peer collaboration through the Gartner for CHRO member community portal and assisted member connections • Deliver research insights and personal expertise on key initiatives, priorities, and strategies • Develop, coach, and critique HR and talent strategies • Advise on transforming HR teams and organizations, workforce planning and development, employee experience, enterprise change management, and diversity and inclusion

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or Masters preferred • 5+ years of experience working as a CHRO • 15+ years of experience in HR • In-depth understanding of the HR function and the role of the CHRO, including leadership, operations management, strategy and trends, and use of metrics • In-depth understanding of the business value of HR and alignment of business and HR strategies • Accomplished CHRO experience working with the C-suite, Board of Directors, and stakeholders • Senior leadership experience and experience driving change at all levels • Gartner/(CEB) client experience preferred • Consulting background a plus • Experience consulting into the federal government on human capital issues a plus • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability • Ability to assess member situations and provide actionable, outcome-based business/technical advice • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, including experience with C-level executives • Ability to build strategic internal partnerships and positively impact change • High executive presence and ability to quickly build trust and deliver value in a client-facing role • Superior verbal and written communication skills • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
