📋 Description

• Own and manage delivery of small to large and complex customer solutions • Coordinate internal GTT Service Delivery teams and external third-party service delivery partners • Support and engage closely with the customer’s project team • Serve as the single point of contact for project deliverables • Ensure required quality levels, budgets, and timescales using GTT Project Management methodology • Report to the Manager, Project Management • Interact with Service Delivery Coordinator, Order Assurance, Design and Software Engineering, Sales, Sales Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and Product Managers • Manage multiple projects across a variety of products • Own projects from Project Initiation through Customer Operations • Set up and manage virtual project teams • Manage project communications • Host weekly internal and external customer calls and monthly face-to-face customer meetings • Provide weekly internal and external project status reports • Produce and maintain Project Initiation Documents, including project scope and customer critical success factors • Monitor projects using a tracker, MS Project, and GTT Project Management Methodology • Identify and manage risks, issues, actions, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle • Track costs, budgets, and forecasts, including expected charges and revenues • Adhere to GTT’s Change Control Procedure • Report time spent against what was sold to the customer • Complete frequent Gate Control Checks with the manager to ensure quality standards and improve project methodology
