📋 Description

• Build relationships with founders, executives, investors, and advisors aligned with M&A priorities • Develop acquisition theses and market analyses for specific acquisition priorities • Build relationships with relevant companies, investors, and stakeholders • Lead business case development for potential acquisitions • Own financial modeling and lead valuation and structuring • Drive deal execution, including LOI and definitive agreement negotiation, due diligence, and integration planning • Partner with Strategy & Operations and functional leaders to establish integration governance • Lead quarterly and ad hoc Board of Directors and investor reporting • Drive investor engagement • Own materials for Board of Directors meetings and investor updates • Forge cross-functional partnerships to source and align on strategic priorities • Reinforce the Corporate Development and Investor Relations trusted-advisor brand

🎯 Requirements

• Transactional experience both in-house, such as Corporate Development, and in an advisory capacity, such as investment banking, consulting, and/or investing • Track record of building relationships with founders, executives, and investors • Strong analytical foundation and intellectual curiosity related to technology, especially AI, business strategy, and finance • Experience leveraging generative AI for research, analysis, and communication • Demonstrated reputation for quality, attention to detail, and initiative • Ability to partner and influence effectively across departments • Willingness to roll up sleeves to make a deal successful • Crisp verbal, written, and visual communication skills • Sense of humor • Authorization to be employed in the United States
