📋 Description

• Provide exceptional support to Guardant Health customers, the Guardant Health Clinical Laboratory, and Sales Representatives • Perform duties of Client Services Associate • Meet higher KPIs than a Client Services Associate • Support Quality Assurance and Training as directed by Leadership • Mentor Client Services Associates • Troubleshoot and respond to or resolve questions from the BPO team and Client Services Associates • Escalate issues or trends to Leadership • Participate in or support department-level tasks such as expired kits and data cleanup • Perform other tasks and administrative duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required plus experience • Bachelor’s degree preferred • 2+ years of experience working with customers in biotech, life science, diagnostic, or healthcare setting preferred • Ability to work as part of a team comprised of internal employees, contractors, and managers • Ability to multitask and take on various projects • Ability to work with self-discipline, good judgment, and independence in a dynamic office and/or remote setting • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required • Computer proficiency required • Solid experience using Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office • Flexibility with respect to working hours based on operational need • Ability to critically evaluate and responsibly leverage AI-enabled tools in accordance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements • Background screening including criminal history required • Ability to lift routine office supplies and use office equipment • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
