📋 Description

• Communicate with vendors by phone and email to arrange offsite phlebotomy for patients • Assist clients and sales teams with kit orders for Guardant tests • Process offsite phlebotomy and kit orders, resolving cases quickly • Build relationships with vendors, sales representatives, patients, and internal stakeholders • Participate in territory-specific meetings with sales and client services associates • Maintain precise documentation of communications and follow-up activities • Adhere to SOPs for offsite phlebotomy, kit orders, and related processes • Triage emails and faxes as needed • Enter information and upload documentation into Salesforce.com and LIMS • Communicate with clients, patients, sales, and laboratory teams using Salesforce and integrated software platforms • Achieve team and individual goals and monitor case-closure and turnaround-time metrics • Resolve customer complaints and escalated situations • Assist with administrative duties as assigned • Work collaboratively across Client Services, commercial, and laboratory operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • 4 year college degree in Biological Sciences or similar discipline is preferred • 2+ years of experience working with customers in pharma, diagnostic, medical device, biotech or healthcare setting required • Solid experience using Microsoft Office • Salesforce (CRM) experience is a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high computer proficiency, preferably in a Mac environment • Ability to multitask, work with self-discipline, good judgment, and independence • Organized, detail-oriented problem-solving skills • Ability to manage client/patient-facing escalated situations professionally • Flexibility with working hours based on client and company needs • Ability to travel to Guardant Health offices for trainings and meetings may be required • Bilingual English/Spanish and any additional language is an asset • Availability to work during U.S. company-observed holidays, including the annual holiday shutdown period, based on client and operational needs • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds may be necessary • Background screening including criminal history is required
