📋 Description

• Identify new opportunities and prospects for the sale of corrugated sheets in North and Central Texas • Manage and profitably grow existing customer relationships • Develop and implement value propositions supporting the GP Sheets business sales strategy • Increase volume, profitability, account acquisition, and innovative solutions • Anticipate customer needs and maximize sales opportunities • Build relationships with decision-makers and secure new business • Manage time effectively while working autonomously toward sales objectives • Partner with production, quality, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely, satisfactory product delivery • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights • Refine and enhance future sales strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success in a relevant sales or account management position, or corrugated industry experience • Skills needed for relationship-based sales • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities • Willingness to travel up to 50%, mostly for day trips with some overnights • Valid U.S. driver’s license • Previous corrugated packaging or converting industry experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical training preferred
