📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports providing real-time visibility into engineering performance, quality, delivery, and operational health • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities • Translate ambiguous problems into structured analyses and clear leadership recommendations • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance of engineering metrics • Identify emerging issues, risks, and dependencies across engineering initiatives • Track action items, escalation paths, and follow-ups through resolution • Create structured approaches to problem solving, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement • Support engineering leaders with planning, prioritization, and execution of key initiatives • Coordinate across engineering, product, quality, and operations • Establish lightweight processes, documentation, and operating mechanisms that improve execution • Provide concise, data-driven insights to engineering leadership • Prepare executive-level summaries, presentations, and readouts • Connect teams to ensure alignment and clarity of priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with experience working with complex datasets • Proven ability to build and manage dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar tools • Experience in project or program management within a technical or engineering environment • Excellent problem-solving skills with a bias toward action • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay ahead of issues • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience supporting engineering or R&D organizations • Familiarity with engineering metrics, including delivery, quality, capacity, and efficiency • Experience working in cross-functional or matrixed organizations • Background in continuous improvement, operations, or process optimization • Successful completion of a drug test may be required • Must satisfy employment eligibility requirements verified through E-Verify
