📋 Description

• Support the business vision to achieve a qualified, talented hourly workforce • Develop and execute proactive hourly talent strategies • Develop and optimize practices to provide effective customer support • Own full-cycle recruiting across the US • Partner with hiring supervisors to define recruitment and sourcing strategies • Assess external and internal candidates against business needs • Apply interviewing techniques to assess culture fit and knowledge • Coach and influence hiring managers while making effective hiring decisions • Manage candidate engagement and provide a positive, responsive candidate experience • Build an inclusive, brand-worthy candidate experience • Collaborate with HR teams and business partners to identify talent gaps and build short- and long-term recruiting strategies • Build credibility and trust with the workforce and leaders • Understand, develop, apply, and coach employees on Principle Based Management® culture • Develop business acumen and support business results • Drive innovation in HR functions and processes • Support Koch HR Vision and myHR transformation efforts • Create solutions that enable teams to deliver business objectives • Drive process excellence • Identify HR compliance risks and implement systematic compliance approaches • Interpret policies and practices, drive standardization, and eliminate waste

🎯 Requirements

• Three (3) or more years of HR/Recruiting related experience • Successful candidate will reside in the Southeastern United States area • Ability to support a 25%-30% travel requirement • Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred • Experience working with unionized workforce preferred • SHRM Certifications preferred • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources preferred • Ability to develop business acumen and partnerships • Ability to develop sourcing strategies • Ability to influence others without authority • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Ability to leverage data-driven solutions • Ability to identify HR compliance risks and develop gap closure plans • Ability to interpret current policies and practices
