📋 Description

• Recruit candidates for direct-hire positions within the construction and skilled trades industries • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels • Interview and qualify candidates based on experience, compensation, location, and career goals • Present qualified candidates to clients and manage them throughout the interview and hiring process • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled trades and construction professionals • Follow up with candidates and clients to help move placements across the finish line

🎯 Requirements

• Previous recruiting or staffing experience strongly preferred • Direct-hire recruiting experience is a plus • Construction/skilled trades recruiting experience is highly preferred • Strong sourcing and candidate relationship-building skills • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently • Excellent communication and follow-up skills • Results-driven and motivated by an uncapped commission structure • Candidates may work from anywhere in the U.S. • Eastern or Central Time Zone availability is preferred
