📋 Description

• Support execution of Talent Acquisition integrations and portfolio initiatives through day-to-day coordination of tasks, timelines, and deliverables • Maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation across multiple workstreams • Track actions, dependencies, and milestones; follow up to ensure progress and closure • Identify risks, gaps, and delays, escalating as appropriate • Coordinate active requisitions and candidate pipelines during integrations • Track data, status updates, and documentation to ensure continuity and accuracy • Facilitate candidate communication and dispositioning processes • Partner with recruiters and project teams to maintain a smooth candidate experience during transitions • Support reporting, dashboards, status updates, governance forums, project reviews, and leadership updates • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools and trackers • Coordinate meetings, working sessions, and integration checkpoints across TA, HR, and cross-functional teams • Capture notes, decisions, and action items; ensure timely follow-up and communication • Support development of clear communications and materials • Contribute to playbooks, templates, and standard work • Ensure consistent use of tools, templates, and processes across projects • Identify opportunities to improve coordination, efficiency, and ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College/University • 5 years of experience in project support or management, Talent Acquisition, HR operations, or similar roles • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across data, trackers, and documentation • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong follow-through • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
