📋 Description

• Conduct approximately 30 or more candidate intro calls each week • Introduce candidates to Retell AI, its culture, open roles, and interview process • Evaluate candidates’ experience, communication skills, motivations, and alignment with role requirements • Manage candidate pipelines and keep stages, notes, and follow-ups organized • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and align on expectations • Maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders • Identify pipeline gaps and proactively recommend solutions • Help create an efficient and positive candidate experience • Discuss recruiting approach in a recruiting deep dive interview, including a hands-on recruiting scenario or task

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, specializing in either technical or go-to-market roles, preferably within a fast-paced startup or technology environment • Experience managing a high volume of interviews and candidates • Strong pipeline management and organizational skills • Confidence partnering with hiring managers and setting clear expectations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and move quickly • Strong experience with Ashby is preferred • Must be comfortable working Pacific Time hours • Must be comfortable working as a 1099 contractor
