📋 Description

• Own the recruitment process from start to finish. • Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs. • Design sourcing strategies. • Ensure every candidate has a positive and engaging experience. • Manage full-cycle recruitment, emphasizing clinical and hard-to-fill roles. • Partner with hiring managers and leaders on hiring needs, timelines, and strategies. • Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and direct outreach. • Provide clear, timely, and consistent communication to candidates and stakeholders. • Leverage data and market insights to inform hiring decisions and optimize recruitment strategies. • Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records in ATS/CRM systems. • Contribute to scalable, efficient process improvements that enhance candidate engagement. • For senior hires, lead complex searches, influence leadership decision-making, and mentor team members.

🎯 Requirements

• Talent Acquisition Partner: 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including healthcare or clinical roles. • Senior Talent Acquisition Partner: 6+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on clinical recruitment and demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives. • Bachelor’s degree preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered. • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. • Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment tools (Greenhouse experience a plus). • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with discretion and professionalism. • Must reside in the US. • Pacific Time Zone strongly preferred.
