📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers and region leaders to confirm staffing needs and develop recruitment plans • Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and provide updates on interview, offer, and onboarding processes • Conduct full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles • Post job openings and source candidates using recruiting resources, networking, and social media • Develop relationships with area colleges and universities and attend job fairs • Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and recommend candidates to hiring managers • Manage candidate selection and interview processes, including scheduling onsite interviews and shadowing • Assist managers in evaluating candidate skills and competencies for final selection • Manage offers, negotiations, and onboarding • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and healthcare recruitment best practices • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity records • Follow organizational rules, regulations, and recruitment strategies • Suggest improvements to recruitment policies and strategies • Create and execute sourcing strategies • Verify candidate credentials, licenses, certifications, and background checks

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with full cycle healthcare recruitment in a high-volume, fast-paced setting • Proficient sourcing experience required • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization • Strong computer skills: MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams • Experience working with applicant tracking systems; Workday preferred • Extensive experience sourcing on tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Phenom, etc. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team • Bachelor's degree preferred
