📋 Description

• Build targeted candidate pipelines for technical and go-to-market roles • Use Juicebox, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates • Create and manage automated sourcing workflows and outreach campaigns • Translate job requirements into clear, accurate, and effective sourcing strategies • Keep job requirements, candidate criteria, and search progress documented and transparent • Maintain accurate candidate records, notes, tags, and pipeline stages in Ashby • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate searches and improve candidate quality • Track outreach performance, response rates, and pipeline conversion • Identify pipeline gaps and adjust sourcing strategies quickly • Personalize outreach while maintaining the speed and volume required in a fast-growing company • Continuously test new sourcing tools, workflows, and automation strategies • Participate in an introductory call and a sourcing deep dive focused on sourcing strategy, automation, and candidate pipeline development

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably within a fast-paced startup or technology environment • Deep experience sourcing for technical or go-to-market roles • Strong knowledge of talent automation and AI-powered sourcing workflows • Hands-on experience with Juicebox, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and related sourcing tools • Exceptional attention to detail and a highly organized approach to pipeline management • Ability to clearly document job requirements, sourcing criteria, and search progress • Strong written communication and candidate outreach skills • Confidence partnering with recruiters and hiring managers • Ability to work independently, move quickly, and manage multiple searches at once • Must be comfortable working Pacific Time hours • Availability to work full-time Pacific Time hours, approximately eight hours per day • Comfort working in a 1099 contractor role
